To teach English effectively, start by knowing your learners’ levels and goals, then plan lessons with clear objectives that combine reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Present new concepts with simple examples, guide students through practice activities, and then encourage them to use the language independently. Keep lessons interactive with questions, games, and roleplays so students speak more than you, and always provide supportive feedback that builds confidence while gently correcting mistakes. Finally, stay flexible, adapt your methods to students’ needs, and reflect on what worked well to improve each lesson. I have 3 years’ teaching experience in English at primary level, but I am also eager to expand my skills by teaching older students and adapting lessons to different learning needs.
