As someone who is currently achieving A*-A in Maths and my other subjecctd, I know what it takes to succeed — and I bring that understanding into every lesson to help my students reach their full potential.

?? Here’s how my lessons are structured:

?? First Lesson – Diagnostic + Discussion + Quick Support
• We’ll begin with a 20-minute mini-assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Then, we’ll spend 10 minutes discussing how the student feels about maths and which topics they personally struggle with or dislike.
• In the final 30 minutes, I’ll start supporting them on one or two of their weaker areas, using clear explanations and step-by-step guidance.

?? After the First Lesson – Personalised Curriculum
Based on what we uncover, I’ll create a tailored learning plan that focuses on your child’s weak areas while reinforcing their strengths. Each session will include:
• Targeted revision of specific topics
• Worked examples that break problems down clearly
• Guided practice to build confidence and independence
• Exam-style questions matched to their exam board (for GCSEs)
• Tips on exam technique and common pitfalls to avoid

?? Why Students Like My Approach:
• I explain things in a relatable way, as someone who’s just been through the exams myself
• I’m patient and flexible, adjusting the pace to suit each student
• My lessons are focused but supportive — we aim for progress, not pressure

Whether your child is aiming for a pass or a top grade, I’ll help them gain the skills, confidence, and mindset to succeed.
