Lesson Format:
Each session usually begins with a quick review of previous content to reinforce understanding. We then move on to new topics, explained step by step, using examples and practice questions. I always encourage questions throughout the session to make sure students are comfortable and confident with each concept.
Experience:
As someone who’s recently completed GCSEs and is studying Year 13 A-Level Maths, I understand what exam boards look for and how to explain topics in a clear, relatable way. I’ve helped classmates and younger students improve their grades and gain confidence in maths. I achieved Grade 9s in Maths, English, and Science at GCSE, and I’ve been tutoring since March 2025, with references available upon request.
Achievements:
I received all 8s and 9s across my GCSE subjects and am predicted three A* grades in A-Level Physics, Maths, and Art, alongside an A (top grade) in A-Level Art. I have just finished my A-Levels at St. Olave’s Grammar School, a highly academic environment that has strengthened my skills, discipline, and ability to share effective study strategies with students. These achievements reflect both my dedication, consistent effort, and genuine passion for helping others succeed.
My Goal:
I want my students to feel more confident, less anxious, and genuinely capable in maths and sciences. My aim is not just to improve grades, but to help each child enjoy learning and believe in their own ability to succeed.
