Hi. I am Sandy. I am a passionate, career-long school teacher with 36 years of classroom experience specializing in foundational literacy, early childhood development, and primary school success. Holding a BA Degree in Psychology and specialized diplomas in both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) British National Curriculum frameworks, I do not just host English conversations—I understand exactly how young minds process language, overcome reading blocks, and build lifelong academic confidence.

All my lesson are are prepared for each individual student catering for their exact needs.

I have taught in 7 different countries and use the international experiences to make lessons lively, fun and entertaining. Our lessons are full of investigations and explorations, using interactive resources and games. I am passionate about building confidence in all English skills needed to become a fluent English speaker. We cover all the English skills: Grammar, Reading, Comprehension, Speaking and Listening.

I work with older students and adults as well.
