to achieve their potential. Experienced in providing 1:1 and small-group learning support, assisting
classroom teachers, and encouraging positive behaviour among the students. Skilled in building
supportive relationships with students and fostering an inclusive learning environment to help build
confidence and nurture talent.
My lessons are structured but flexible, which is designed to engage students and meet their learning needs. I mostly set up my learning objectives and aims for individual lessons, followed by interactive introduction to peak up the interest of my students. I always blend different methods of learning which includes group discussion, practical activities and digital resources.
To assess students and have a fair idea of their understanding, I quiz students using kahoot and other platforms, class discussions, viva assessments among others. I give constructive feedback to help students grow and build confidence and authority over a topic area.

Over the years, I have come to understand that creating a positive, respectful and a peaceful enabling environment is paramount to academic success. In the nutshell, my lesson are interactive, student centred and aim at fostering not just academic success, but also curiosity and a love for learning.
