I offer one-to-one interview preparation focused on competency-based interviews, with particular emphasis on helping people structure clear, confident answers using the STAR method. My sessions are practical, supportive and always tailored to the specific role and competencies you are applying for.

I work regularly with competency frameworks and understand how interview panels assess evidence, behaviour and impact. I help clients identify the strongest examples from their own experience and develop them into focused, well-structured answers that clearly show their skills, decision-making and outcomes. This includes refining content, improving clarity, and building confidence in how answers are delivered.

Sessions usually involve looking at the job description and competencies in advance, working through example questions together, and practising answers in a mock interview style. I give clear, constructive feedback on what works well and where improvements can be made, including how to stay within time limits and focus on what assessors are really looking for.
