My lessons will include a comprehensive look at the subject that the student needs tutoring in, followed by step by step formulaic instructions for how to interpret and complete questions. This then would be followed by slowly increasing the difficulty of the questions that examples are given for until the student has the confidence in themselves to answer a question within the topic by themselves. If all types of question within the specific subject can be handled by the student, I will provide a mini exam to prove their newfound expertise in the topic. If not, then I will be able to find where the student is struggling within the question and help to redefine their understanding. Although I am not an officially trained teacher you will find that I am someone who will be able to bring top quality tutoring no matter the mathematics subject. Your student will go from an "I can't do this" attitude to a "I'm 100% sure I can do this attitude". All I require is knowledge of the content to be covered in the tutoring sessions at least 48 hours prior to the session as to allow myself to prepare any necessary materials. I am comfortable with every single maths concept before a-level and with most maths concepts within the a-level curriculum.
