As a player myself, I love to have a ball at my feet. The more you have a ball at your feet, the better your ball manipulation will become. I like to engage the brain with fun reaction games , working on shifting the ball quickly, sharp turns and levelling up your dribbling skills. I like to perfect skills in my sessions with tricks the defender would never see coming! Just as important, is our movement! Many of my sessions involve working on clever movement to find spaces, and then developing our clinical finishing on both feet, from all sorts of angles. We will work on intricate passing, and elevating all areas of our game, not to forget our defending! Body shape, positioning, communication and how we can work the ball from back to front is all part of becoming a well rounded player.

I started at a young age, and would always be kicking a ball around my living room, which my mum did not like. I played for grass roots teams but was quite ineffective, and shy, lacking confidence or know how to really be influential. This gets me thinking, what if I had a coach when I was younger to help boost my confidence and talk me through the small details? I look back and wish I had. Now I get to become that person. To help young players exceed past their potential, and gain confidence in the worlds best sport.
