Salvatore Le Piane

I am a Chartered Certified Accountant with an MSc in Finance specialising in Corporate Finance. I currently lead an Audit and Advisory department, having previously worked at one of the Big Four firms and gained extensive experience across a wide range of roles, including audit and assurance, tax advisory, and corporate finance advisory.

I am passionate about teaching students by sharing insights that are not only academic but also professionally focused. I use real-life examples to ensure students gain the knowledge they need not only to succeed in examinations, but also to understand how the accounting and finance world operates in practice. Each topic is explored in depth from both an academic perspective, through exercises and problem-solving, and a professional perspective, where I demonstrate how businesses and industry leaders apply these financial concepts in real-world situations.

My classes are highly interactive, as I aim to encourage students to become more curious, engaged, and genuinely interested in the subject. I believe that combining technical knowledge with practical application creates a more meaningful and rewarding learning experience.
