Saima Tasneem

I am an experienced tutor and education practitioner with over six years of experience working with children, young people and adults in schools, colleges and community settings.

I currently teach post 16 learners and have supported many individuals to improve their confidence, achieve qualifications and progress into further education, training and employment.

My teaching style is warm, patient and personalised. I understand that every learner is different, so I adapt lessons to suit individual strengths, goals and learning styles. Whether you need support with English, Functional Skills, employability skills, interview preparation or confidence building, I will work with you to create a learning plan that works for you.

I have extensive experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH and EAL needs, creating positive learning environments where learners feel comfortable, valued and able to succeed.

My aim is simple: to help learners make real progress while building confidence, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
