My lessons are designed around a self-paced, student-centered approach. I believe every child learns differently, so I start by identifying each student's strengths and weaknesses. Based on this, I develop custom modules that polish their strong areas while also providing steady support in the topics they find more challenging. I aim to make learning math less intimidating and more engaging. To reinforce concepts, I use a variety of tools such as flashcards, one-word answer questions, revision capsules, and curated daily concept checklists. These help students retain knowledge through frequent, low-pressure repetition and also master their strength.

My passion for math comes from both personal interest and professional experience. I hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance and am a CFA , a program known for its rigorous quantitative content. I also scored over 160 on the GRE Quant section. These experiences have shaped my problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex topics and also made me realize how rewarding this journey is.

Though I haven't taught in a formal school setting yet, I’ve had rewarding personal teaching experience. I helped my nephew prepare for the GLE tests here in the UK, which showed me how impactful personalized learning can be. Teaching seems to run in the family, my grandfather ran a school back in Pakistan, and I’ve always admired the difference he made in students’ lives. I now find myself naturally drawn to teaching, especially younger learners from Grades 2 to 8, and am excited to contribute to their academic journey through a structured yet flexible learning environment.
