I am a qualified Education graduate with over 10 years of experience working in early years education and with children and adults who have special educational needs (SEN). I also hold a TEFL certification and have experience teaching English as a foreign language to both children and adults from diverse backgrounds.

My lessons are always student-centred and adapted to meet the needs, interests, and learning styles of each individual. For younger learners, I take a playful and interactive approach. Sessions often include storytelling, songs, drawing, movement, role-play, and hands-on activities to keep children engaged while building vocabulary, confidence, and communication skills. I believe children learn best when they are relaxed and having fun, so I create a safe, encouraging environment where they feel free to express themselves.

For adult learners, I take time to understand their goals, whether they want to improve their spoken English for work, study, or everyday life. I adapt the content and pace based on the student’s level and preferred learning style. Lessons may include structured conversation practice, grammar support, pronunciation work, vocabulary building, or tailored activities like reading articles, watching videos, or writing tasks designed to build real-world communication skills.
