I like to create fun and interactive lessons that are tailored to my student’s interests! I make sure my lessons are set at a good pace, to keep things fresh and to keep the lesson engaging. In my classes, the students do most of the talking, I am there to guide and correct where needed. I think it’s important for students to speak as much as possible to practice pronunciation and build confidence - after all, you can possess all the grammar knowledge in the world, but using it when you speak is just as important!

I have 2 years experience teaching one to one lessons in UK secondary schools, and 6 months experience teaching English as a foreign language to adults, 3 of which have been spent in Spain! I completed my CELTA certificate last year, where I completed extensive teaching training, working adult learners of all levels to improve their confidence and speaking skills.

I have taught all levels, from beginner to advanced, and have covered a vast range of grammar topics and skills. My aim is to support you to produce the grammar yourself through speaking as much as possible, and choosing topics that are relevant to your every day life. I am flexible to cater to your individual needs - whether you prefer game based learning, or more traditional grammar based tasks, I can adjust to fit your preferences.
