Saeedeh Soleimani

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF) with over 500 coaching hours and more than 200 clients across multiple countries — specializing in career transitions for engineers and technical professionals.

My background is unique: I hold a PhD-level research background in MEMS engineering, have worked at leading semiconductor companies including Bosch and Infineon Technologies, and have built a coaching practice from the ground up alongside my engineering career. I understand firsthand what it means to be highly qualified, internationally mobile, and yet uncertain about the next step.

I work with engineers who are at a crossroads — those who feel burned out in their current role, are considering a shift into leadership or management, or are navigating the complexities of building a career in a new country. My coaching is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, including Choice Theory (William Glasser), which helps clients reconnect with their core needs and make decisions from a place of clarity rather than fear.
