I use many different formats and types of lessons depending on the individual I am teaching. Every pupil has their own teaching style that suits them and their needs. I learn how they learn best and adjust to that style. This could be through a written style, videos, worksheets, practice, or visual examples. I spend time getting to know what the student prefers and what method they learn through best so that they can get the best out of their learning. I also set homework and give consistent feedback to their parents and the student themselves so that there is constant improvement.
