Sabbir Ebna Razzaque

Back in my country, Bangladesh, I have an experience of 5 years at the Cadet Admission Study Centre as a Teaching Assistant in Mathematics. During my tenure, I was responsible for:

• Helping students with their day-to-day lesson plans
• Monitoring their progress
• Assisting students with study skills and special assignments

I was recognized by my supervisor for my ability to develop student-centric teaching plans based on each class's individual interests and needs. As someone with more than 5 years of experience as a teaching assistant, I understand the importance of creating a challenging, fun, and safe environment for students. During my time at the Cadet Admission Study Centre, I created a well-attended book club and a math tuition group that put up students' test scores by an average of 20%. I am proud for getting to know students better on a personal level to understand their needs, and I enjoy taking an active role in coordinating extracurricular activities.
