Lessons are fully tailored to your learning needs, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to develop advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, including the use of formulas, data analysis, and macros. I prefer a practical teaching style, working through clear examples first and then guiding you through hands-on activities so you can apply what you learn immediately.

Each lesson begins with a short discussion to understand your goals, current level, and how you plan to use the software in real-life or work situations. Sessions are interactive and flexible, allowing me to slow down, repeat, or dive deeper into specific concepts whenever needed. I focus on real-world tasks such as creating professional documents, managing and analysing data, improving efficiency, and using best practices that save time and reduce errors.

Where appropriate, lessons can also incorporate Microsoft Copilot AI. I show students how to use Copilot responsibly and effectively to draft documents, analyse data, create presentations, and automate repetitive tasks. We focus on writing clear prompts, reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs, and understanding Copilot’s limitations so it enhances productivity rather than replaces core skills.

I have over ten years of experience supporting learners from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals, students, and beginners.
