I am an experienced ESOL/EFL tutor with a Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have experience teaching adult learners locally, with some experience tutoring online. I have a Bachelor's degree from a top 10 UK university, and I am currently studying for my Master's degree in Diplomacy and foreign policy. I have a stromg understanding of cultural differences and needs, with an empathetic and flexible approach. I enjoy tailoring my lessons to my students needs, including focusing on conversational fluency, native pronunciation and understanding idioms and colloquialisms. I have a neutral accent and experience in imporving pronunciation and word stress to get you talking like a local. I teach all levels ranging from beginner (pre-A1) to advanced (C2) with a speciality in teaching grammar, speaking and writing skills.

I enjoy teaching through games and making lessons not just educational, but fun to improve long-term retention. I will always make my lessons relavent to my students goals and interests, with a patient and understanding approach. No one is perfect first time! I will make mistakes into something you can remember, laugh about and improve - not something to feel upset over. I have a good quality microphone and headphone set, with fast internet and a quiet work environment to make sure the lessons are focused on you, with no technical difficulties.
