Hi, I am currently a student at Kingston University studying MSc. Financial Technology. I have 1 year of teaching experience where I taught year 11 students Geography and Math. I have studied English and Math for 14 years. As a dedicated and approachable tutor, I focus on making both the subjects, Math and English, clear, engaging, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style. My teaching methodology combines step-by-step explanations with plenty of practice, ensuring that students build confidence alongside strong problem-solving skills. I like to use real-life examples wherever possible so that abstract concepts feel more intuitive and relatable.

A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes, with the option of extending to 90 minutes if needed. I begin with a quick recap of previous material, introduce new concepts in a structured way, and then guide students through practice problems. I also provide strategies for exam preparation, time management, and handling tricky questions.
