About My Lessons

My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual learning needs and goals. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and actively involved in the lesson.

I begin by understanding the student’s current level, strengths, areas for improvement, and learning objectives. Each lesson is then structured around clear goals, with a balance of explanation, guided practice, independent activities, and constructive feedback.

Depending on the student’s needs, lessons may focus on reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, speaking, pronunciation, literature, or examination preparation. I work with learners across different Key Stages, including students preparing for GCSE and IGCSE examinations. I incorporate exam-style questions, effective examination strategies, and timed practice to develop both accuracy and confidence.

I use clear explanations, practical examples, discussions, questioning, and engaging activities to make lessons enjoyable and easy to understand. I also encourage students to express their ideas, ask questions, and develop independent learning skills using worksheets.

With experience teaching English Language and Literature and developing educational content for digital learning, I understand that every learner has different strengths and learning needs.

My goal is not only to help students achieve strong academic results but also to develop them into confident readers, writers, communicators, and independent learners.

I use tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Zoom, and Google Meet to deliver lessons effectively. Presentations include clear visuals, interactive activities, examples, and guided exercises. I combine screen sharing, questioning, discussions, and real-time feedback to keep students engaged throughout each lesson.
