I have a lot of experience in working with children both mainstream and SEN. I prefer tailoring my lessons to the students whether if they tend to learn better through actives such us quizzes or mind maps, or they prefer taking notes. I have a lot of experience in working with children both mainstream and SEN. I prefer tailoring my lessons to the students whether if they tend to learn better through actives such us quizzes or mind maps, or they prefer taking notes. I do like to get them to repeat or explain what they learned to me so i know they have retained information. I would say the environment I set would be safe and positive. I am good at communicating and working as a team and having empathy towards people.
