Ruth Banitsi

I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over 10 years of teaching learners with SEN/SEMH, SEND, learning difficulties, as well as those in mainstream education. Throughout my career, I have developed a patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach, ensuring that each learner feels supported, understood, and valued.

I pride myself on being an active listener and a creative problem solver, enabling me to effectively identify and respond to individual learning needs. My passion lies in helping all learners reach their full potential, regardless of their starting points or challenges.

I design and deliver lessons that are interactive, engaging, and inclusive, using a variety of digital tools, apps, and resources to enhance participation and maintain motivation. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and accessible for everyone, and I strive to create a positive environment where students feel confident to take part and succeed.
