Ruth Banitsi

I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over 10 years of teaching learners with SEN/SEMH, SEND, learning difficulties, as well as those in mainstream education.

I am currently traching a secondary where i am empowering young minds to love and achieve their GCSE Maths.

Throughout my career, I have developed a patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach, ensuring that each learner feels supported, understood, and valued.

I pride myself on being an active listener and a creative problem solver, enabling me to effectively identify and respond to individual learning needs. My passion lies in helping all learners reach their full potential, regardless of their starting points or challenges.

I design and deliver lessons that are interactive, engaging, and inclusive, using a variety of digital tools, apps, and resources to enhance participation and maintain motivation. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and accessible for everyone, and I strive to create a positive environment where students feel confident to take part and succeed.

I am committed to continuous improvement and to making a meaningful difference in the educational journeys of all learners I support.

I believe that every child matters no matter their learning challenges or need. I thrive in tapping into each individual learner inner abilities and together work towards achieving a desired outcome for that individual learner.

I have over the years successfully taught learners without any GCSE grades to now have grade that enables them to further their education both within FE and or in the university.

Its always a joy to see my learners not only succeed but also thrive.
