I am a qualified maths teacher with 5 years worth of experience in the classroom and an additional 3 years experience as a tutor.

I will be planning my lessons based on how you learn to maximise your learning. There are numerous ways in solving a problem and my aim is to help you find the method that you will excel in carrying out!

I teach in a way to break down the content for you, so it gives you an opportunity to understand each and every step and being able to identify where the method gets hard. It also helps identify any knowledge gaps you have so we can close them and get you back on track.

I embed exam practice into my lessons so that you are familiar with how you will be tested in that topic when you are sitting exams. I will be tutoring you in how to achieve the most marks in an exams and how to not lose marks through correcting errors which you may not even know that you're making because they don't seem like a big deal. The etiquettes of presentation and working out is very important in maximising marks in your exam papers

My lessons aim to empower you and help you achieve the best grade you're capable of achieving through nurturing and supporting your learning needs. My lessons are tailored to you and how your brain works to make it accessible to you and your style of thinking.
