In my initial lesson I tend to assess my students, which will tell me what stage of English language they are at. I will choose topics which students enjoy learning about. I will then devise individual lesson plans based on their learning needs. Each lesson plan will be personalised with learning outcomes to be achieved. This will also record the progression of learning. After 6 weeks a test...

I will then devise individual lesson plans based on their learning needs. Each lesson plan will be personalised with learning outcomes to be achieved. This will also record the progression of learning. After 6 weeks a test will be taken to assess the progression of learning. I will set homework for them to do. It could be practical or written work
