About me
I consider myself a positive outgoing person that always likes to see a bit of humor in my lessons. I love the outdoors as my first profession is Horticulture. I will admit I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to hikes and identifying plants on the walk.

I consider myself a positive outgoing person that always likes to see a bit of humor in my lessons. I love the outdoors as my first profession is Horticulture. I will admit I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to hikes and identifying plants on the walk.
I have experience with beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of foreign language English. My lessons are focused on pronunciation, conversation and practice. In the lessons with me new words are the foundation which will be from the lesson material. Using the words in sentences subject to the student's comfort and confidence, will tailor the conversation dialog.
Prior to the lesson, the student can request subject material for preparation as confidence is a major part of learning a new language. Content of subject news for example; new American president. In sport the new world record 100m butterfly personal best was beaten by 10 seconds. Social media, Brad Pit has just released a new Zombie movie. Whatever the need requires is the aim of the subject material. Interaction and engaging with the material be it listening, reading or writing is imperative for the retention of existing vocabulary and growing the vocabulary.
Fun and games is the underlying motto for all lessons to be a success, depending on the level of student and the lesson, will determine the degree of games activity conducted in each lesson.
I always like to end my lessons with my student leaving knowing he/she has achieved their full potential.
