Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and interactive, combining reflective questions, guided discussion, and simple exercises that help students better understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I encourage students to explore their strengths, identify limiting beliefs, and develop healthier coping strategies for stress, academic pressure, and personal challenges.
