I like to work with each student initially and see where they feel strong and where they feel less confidant, then I like to plan them a basic test on what they feel less confidant in that will determine the specific areas that they are struggling with so we can start patching up their knowledge foundations on the specific areas this way it makes the most of our session time.

I aim to make it so it won't be in a harsh or high pressured way we will work together with activities and tools so that a positive association with there subject is re-enforced I don't believe in the phrase 'practice makes perfect' instead I believe 'practice makes improvement' the more you practice the progression will feel natural so its important to look how far you may have come in that time, feel proud and use that to ,motivate your further study.
