I am a licenced CBT therapist and have completed research with Liverpool John Moores University.

I have previously worked as an assistant psychologist in therapy services and forensic psychiatric hospitals.

In addition, I have graduated from a TEFL course, taught students in India, Japan and Fiji, as well as local schools where I taught basic psychology, mindfulness and neuroscience to older in...
