I am a very down to earth person and I like for my learners to enjoy Maths. It doesn't have to be scary or over complicated. I like to keep it as simple as possible so information is easy to remember and people can see that Maths is not as difficult as it seems.

The structure I use is to teach is:
- Teach the skill
- Practice the skill
- Apply the skill to an exam style question

I like to use real life examples of where different types of Math is used so learners can gain better understanding. I even use some interesting random ways to describe things....so if you want to know how toast is relevant o long multiplication, how Spongebob Squarepants fits into fraction or how doing the Cha Cha slide helps with decimals get in touch.
