Currently, as an Affiliate Specialist at Boots, I manage a dedicated team where my primary responsibility is providing the mentorship and clear objectives necessary for their professional growth. My role requires me to distill complex financial data and strategic concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including the CMO. This experience has refined my ability to communicate sophisticated ideas in an accessible manner—a skill I believe is fundamental to effective teaching and student engagement. 
My passion for coaching extends beyond the corporate environment into my voluntary work as an Ambassador for Girlhood UK. In this role, I actively support women in Manchester by facilitating events designed to tackle social isolation and foster meaningful connections. This work has honed my active listening and emotional intelligence, allowing me to support individuals through personal transitions and help them build the confidence needed to thrive in new environments. 
Academically, my First-Class Honours degree in Marketing, combined with a strong background in Psychology and English, provides me with the subject matter expertise and pedagogical discipline required to support students across a variety of disciplines. I am a resilient and adaptable professional who takes great pride in helping others achieve their targets, whether they are academic milestones or personal development goals.
