Rosie Hailstone

Hi, I’m a friendly and dedicated tutor currently going into my second year of a Primary Education degree at university.

I have a strong academic background, including GCSEs across all subjects, and A-Levels in English Language, Criminology, Health and Social Care, as well as an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
My studies have given me a deep understanding of how children learn and how to adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs due to my experience working with and teaching primary-aged children.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to suit each child’s unique learning style. I have a particular passion for helping pupils build their confidence in and skills in English such as reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, and writing, while keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable. I aim to create a positive learning environment where children feel encouraged to ask questions and take pride in their progress.

I aim to offer flexible availability to fit around your family's schedule, and I’m happy to adapt sessions to meet your child’s specific needs and goals.
