Hi everyone, my name is Rosie and I'm hoping to help young people build confidence in their abilities for upcoming exams!
I completed my A-levels in Sociology, English Literature and History, achieving A*A*A and getting two awards. I have a First-class Honours degree from King's College London and I'm now doing a law conversion. I am passionate about history and language and love learning about different cultures and backgrounds. I can speak French to an intermediate level.
I would love to help young people to feel confident in their own abilities through my tutoring. I found during GCSEs and A-levels there was so much information to know and it felt overwhelming. By finding the approach that worked for me, I was able to build confidence and succeed in my exams. By understanding exactly what each young person needs, I will build a supportive environment that makes tackling exams feel a lot more doable.
I have experience from being a mentor in school, alongside working since 2019 in After School Clubs and Activity Camps, where I have build great communication skills, adapt to young peoples' needs, and make sure they feel supported and confident. During tutoring, I will understand what is needed and adjust accordingly, from clearing up any areas that might seem confusing to going over exam technique and practicing together, I will be with you every step of the way to make this intimidating process easier!
If you have any questions, please drop me a message! I'd love to help you feel more confident in your studies!
