My approach to coaching is simple: we start with you — where you are now, where you want to be, and what may be standing in the way.

I bring more than 25 years of professional experience across Human Resources, recruitment, leadership, People and Business Operations, and entrepreneurship. I currently lead a multi-award-winning international HR, People, Operations and Business Operations consultancy, supporting organisations, leaders and professionals across different countries and industries. I currently have some capacity to offer one-to-one coaching and corporate support through this platform, so spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Throughout my career, I have recruited, trained, developed, mentored and coached people from entry-level professionals through to managers, founders and C-suite executives. I have helped businesses build and scale, developed leadership teams, and delivered both formal and informal management and professional development training.

My mentoring experience also includes volunteering as a CIPD Steps Ahead career mentor, supporting people with employability, confidence and career development, and as a Leaders Plus mentor, supporting ambitious working parents to balance family life with continued career progression. I am particularly proud to have supported parents not simply to return to work, but to progress, develop and achieve promotion after returning.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Chartered Manager, a published author and hold a certification in Foundations of Career Navigating and Coaching. I am also a Trustee of Trust for London, bringing additional experience of governance and organisational leadership.

For individuals, coaching can include CV and LinkedIn development, job-search strategy, interview preparation, career changes, promotions, salary conversations, leadership development, workplace challenges, confidence, entrepreneurship, returning to work and preparation for senior or executive roles.

Life coaching can support you if you feel stuck, want greater clarity or confidence, are navigating change, or want to create more joy, balance and purpose in everyday life.

For companies, I can support managers, emerging leaders and senior teams through tailored coaching, mentoring and development sessions. My experience combines practical leadership with decades of HR and People expertise, so sessions can be adapted to the real challenges facing your organisation and employees.

My sessions are conversational, supportive and practical. I listen carefully, ask questions and challenge your thinking when appropriate. At the end of most sessions, you will receive personalised homework or practical actions directly connected to your objectives. We review progress at our next meeting, so each session builds on the last and creates accountability and momentum.
