About me

I have 6 years experience teaching English Language and Literature from KS3-KS5. Currently Head of Department at a prestigious British school in Madrid. My classes are remote but highly tailored to the student: I will create a handout for every class for the student to work from and for us to collaborate together creating practice answers. I have 6 years experience teaching English Language and Literature from KS3-KS5. Currently Head of Department at a prestigious British school in Madrid. My classes are remote but highly tailored to the student: I will create a handout for every class for the student to work from and for us to collaborate together creating practice answers. A big part of the lesson is the student getting writing, and me providing immediate feedback for improvement. I will set meaningful homework if it is wanted and check it each week. I am a subject specialist and so I have a wealth of knowledge and resources to share with students struggling with English or wishing to improve their exam technique and grade.
