The lessons I am providing are mostly through play, as they are aimed for children from 0-5 years old. At this age, they are learning better with this method and they are able to keep focused for long periods of time. The dynamic of the lesson will be short and repetitive activities allowing the students time to respond back and develop theirs language skills following a routine to keep the child engaged and develop memory skills. Lessons here will be more fun. We can do that by introducing some nursery rhymes and songs, allowing the child to sing along and repeat actions with their hands to develop memory and coordination helping them to remember words better. Keeping a good communication with parents and carers is really important to make sure we are meeting the child’s needs and milestones, we can do that by haveing a first conversation with the parent and see where to begin first with the child development, supporting the areas of communication that the child needs for example colors, numbers, food or animals and encouraging and supporting the child throughout their development. Every lesson it will be different subject depending of the individual child and I will introduce a weekly theme that will be changed depending of the season or the festivities, or the news, making sure we include every learning priority,for example, the space week we can talk about the sun and planets, their colors or how many planets are there so we cover multiple subjects at once.
