I have a Level 3 Diploma in Life Coaching and a year's experience supporting and encouraging students within primary school settings as a Teaching Assistant. In addition to this, I have also coached young people between the ages of 13-18 in order for them to feel more confident and motivated towards their studies and life in general.

Coaching sessions take place online, via the zoom platform for a duration of one hour. Students may wish to have a single session or a series of appointments (depending on their needs and aspirations).
- Dynamics of the sessions -
Session 1 - will typically ascertain professional ways of working and specific dates and times (if the student is having regular sessions). It will also focus on what the student ultimately wishes to achieve.
Session 2 onwards - The student will attend each session prepared to discuss and explore their area(s) for growth and development or to talk through any blockages or obstacles that they may be facing.
The coach will work closely with the student to remove any self-limiting beliefs and encourage a growth mindset using various coaching tools and techniques. Through active listening and questioning the coach will also seek to motivate and empower the student to reach their full potential.
Goals will be set at the end of each session so that the student is able to work towards their objectives in a consistent and measurable way. All students are advised to actively engage with this part of the process in order to receive positive outcomes.
