My lessons are engaging, interactive and highly practical, designed to help leaders develop the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to succeed at every stage of their careers, from first-line management through to executive leadership.

As a Chartered Business Psychologist with over 30 years of international experience, I have coached and developed more than 7,500 leaders globally, working with organisations including Deloitte, Google, Apple, HSBC and Microsoft.

'Learning by doing' is my approach: light on content, heavy on application. We begin by understanding your leadership challenges, development goals and the specific situations where you want to become more effective. Each session is centred around you and your leadership challenges.

Rather than traditional classroom teaching, my lessons combine:

My ultimate goal is not simply to coach leadership concepts, but to help you become a more confident, capable and effective leader, with measurable improvements in how you lead, influence and deliver results.
