With over 10 years of teaching experience, my maths lessons are friendly, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I explain concepts step by step using simple examples and different methods until they make sense.

Lessons usually include a quick warm-up, clear explanation, guided practice, and independent questions. I encourage students to ask questions, think aloud, and learn from mistakes. I also use visual examples, challenges, and real-life situations to make maths more interesting and easier to understand.

I have experience teaching different age groups and abilities, particularly KS2 and KS3, and I understand that every student learns differently. Whether you need help with a difficult topic, homework, exam preparation, or simply want to become more confident in maths, I’ll adapt the lesson to suit you.

My classroom is a positive and comfortable space where there’s no pressure to get everything right the first time. We work together, identify areas that need improvement, and build skills gradually.

My goal is for you to finish each lesson understanding more than when you started and feeling confident enough to say, “I can do this!
