I currently tutor a year 8 student in Maths by preparing the student to step their foot into the GCSE realm of Maths. We currently go through a range of different exam style questions and consolidate knowledge and expose them to real life exam questions given in an exam. Regular Maths quizzes are given each week to recall how to do questions and instant feedback is given. To the primary school children and nursery infants I will create an engaging PowerPoint with fun transitions such an a curtain transition effect to keep the young children interested yet make each session exciting and memorable. Each information on the slides will be colourful and vibrant to avoid the appeal appearing boring. Each session will be 1 hour but twice a week as I will use my GCSE knowledge and basic Maths knowledge to improve the child’s essential Maths skills. For extra support during Summer holidays I will be available to give your child extra support and a heads start to their year in Maths. I will cover most content from algebra and probabilty to fractions and BIDMAS.
