My AAT Level 2 Bookkeeping lessons are designed to be clear, structured, and confidence-building, especially for beginners and adult learners who may feel overwhelmed by accounting at first.

Each lesson follows a step-by-step format. We begin by reviewing key concepts in simple language, then move on to worked examples and practical exercises that mirror the AAT exam style. I ensure you fully understand why entries are made, not just how to memorise them. Lessons are interactive, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice during the session.

I cover all core areas of the AAT Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping (Level 2), including double-entry bookkeeping, sales and purchase ledgers, cash and bank transactions, bank reconciliations, VAT basics, trial balances, and accounting controls. I also support students with mock questions, revision techniques, and exam preparation, helping you approach assessments calmly and confidently.

I bring strong academic and practical experience to my teaching. I hold a BSc in Accounting and a Master’s degree in International Management Accountancy, with over 5 years of real-world accounting experience. I also use industry software such as QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Xero, allowing me to explain how AAT theory applies to real bookkeeping roles.

My teaching style is patient, supportive, and flexible. Lessons are tailored to your learning pace and goals, whether you are studying independently, retaking an exam, or aiming to start a career in bookkeeping or finance.

Online lessons are available with flexible scheduling. My aim is not only to help you pass AAT Level 2, but to build practical bookkeeping skills you can confidently use in real work situations.
