Using the idea of Constructivist approach I emphasizes active learning and put the student at the center of the learning process.. I love guiding them as they explore and discover substance independently.. As well I emphasize meeting the diverse needs of students as it allows me to tailor my instruction to meet the specific needs of each student.. Only a lot of learning activity and assessments can help a student build on their strengths and work on areas where they need improvement. This will promote student engagement. Students will be encouraged to take an active role in their own learning by setting their own goals , choosing their own methods and working at their own pace. I will support and guide rather than to direct the learning process when it's necessary.. This will help them to Increase motivation, engagement and retention of knowledge as well self-discipline, time management and critical thinking.. Students will be encouraged to ask questions and I will be guiding and facilitating the learning process rather than to solve it by myself. I Specialize in providing basic foundational courses like Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Profit and Loss , Simple Interests etc. Along with this I can also Provide contextualized learning on fractions and decimals, simple equations, triangles and it's properties, Perimeter and Area, Exponents and Powers..
