Much of my teaching is to be tailored on what the particular individual or group's objectives are. The question as to why do you want to learn the English Language, form the basis of the criteria that l am too adopt in relation to the individual's level of appreciation. How is one's proficiency and after establishing that. now determine or Draw up a Curriculum suited to their needs. Teaching is a two way communication endeavour whose results should be established at the end of the undertaking. Have l as the Tutor gathered all the shortcomings and expectations of my student/s and what manner of Delivery have l to provide. At the end of it all. My student/s should derive satisfaction with what l would have delivered. The level of their prior knowledge would even have set a path fro me as their tutor to even research and adopt certain teaching methods. Do l use visuals, do l do distance lessons, does it have to be sit down class lessons or what is it that l can bring in to assist my learners in order that we come out with a clear finished satisfying outcome. I have gathered that in life, If one seeks your assistance in an area of your your specialisation, that does not make them lessor beings, In comes mutual respect and understanding and after all l will be providing a service to them and in turn they are doing the same by way of settling me by way of renumerations. I derive satisfaction only when l look at the end product which has a resourceful outcome.
