I’m a 28 years old chef from Hungary more then a decade experience in the industry.
I’ve learned the basics in a Hungarian culinary school and end it up one of the best Restaurant in the capital city fashion street (Budapest) . I’ve been there for 5 years and after I travelled here to the UK to learn more about cooking and food cultures.
I worked many type of restaurant as Hungarian, Italian, French, Vegan and British.
I fed many Hungarian politicians and popular characters, and also many international “stars” ( Kendall Jenner,Sam Smith , Kit Harington …)
I would like to teach you about cooking, ingredients, knife skills, proper use of kitchen equipment’s and techniques and any of my knowledge about food.
My specialist obviously Hungarian dishes (such as Goulash, Paprikash chicken …)
but I really don’t mind to teach about another cuisine or whatever you really wanna learn in the kitchen.
I can give you advice to keep your food always safety to eat fresh, and buy the right fresh ingredients always . Little tricks and techniques to make sure if you are hungry or your family, don’t spend in the kitchen more then 15 minutes but eat something healthy and delicious rather then Tesco “finest” .
