Hello, My name is Rhian. I studied English and American literature at the University of East Anglia. I was awarded a 2.1 when I graduated in 2013. I then attended UCL where I received my Primary PGCE qualification. I have previously worked for a year and a half in year 5 at Grange Primary School in Ealing. I then worked for half a year in an ARP autistic unit at Drayton Green Primary School and have now taken a job in September working in year 1 in a mainstream school in Ruislip.

I have worked as a private tutor since finishing my degree at UEA working with both primary and secondary English.

I have a good knowledge and understanding of both the primary and secondary curriculum. I am able to teach phonics to young children, SATs practice, entrance exam practice and preparation, GCSE revision sessions, key skills practice such as comprehension, reading, writing, grammar and punctuation and a variety of math topics.
