I am seasoned Risk and Assurance professional, currently sitting on the Audit and Risk Committees for a Housing Association in Norfolk and a Council for a London Borough in North London, where I am based. I was a full equity partner at Deloitte in South Africa from 2007 to 2019 before moving to the United Kingdom. I have been involved in training, mentorship and staff development throughout my career. I have actively assisted several individuals realise their potential and achieve their career aspirations.

My mentoring is aimed at students who are about to enter the workforce and staff starting their careers, to arm them with skills to face and overcome challenges in the everchanging employment landscape. This allows new and current employees to hit the ground running by using newly learnt skills to be more effective in achieving their career goals, thereby reducing the anxiety that comes with entering the workplace for the first time.

The sessions are focussed on building rapport and trust in order to assist mentees with goal setting, assisting with their self awareness to identify strengths to leverage and areas for development/ improvement, and monitoring progress. Each session is specific to each individual dependent on specific needs. The benefits of the mentor / mentee sessions include:

The sessions are online primarily via Microsoft Teams but in person session can be arranged where necessary.
