I have over two years of experience teaching English online, working with a wide range of learners, from complete beginners to advanced speakers. My students have included both university professors and refugees, so I understand how important it is to adapt lessons to suit very different needs, goals, and backgrounds.

Each lesson is tailored to you. We'll begin by setting clear objectives, whether you want to improve your business English, succeed in academic contexts, or feel more confident in everyday communication. Lessons are structured but flexible - combining fluency practice (building confidence) with accuracy exercises (strengthening grammar and correctness).

The content is always engaging and relevant. I use a blend of specialised teaching resources, such as textbooks and practice exams, together with authentic materials like magazine articles, news reports, poetry, and even stand-up comedy. This way, what you learn reflects not just the language itself, but also the culture and meaning behind it.
My approach is personal and relational: I create a safe and supportive space where students can take risks, make mistakes, and grow. Over time, I help transform nervous or uncertain learners into adept communicators, equipped to face the academic, professional, or everyday challenges in front of them.

With my background in languages, sociology, and Cambridge-certified teaching, I'll help you refine your pronunciation, strengthen both fluency and accuracy, and most importantly, gain the confidence to use English naturally and effectively in the real world.
Each 90 minute lesson combines exercises that target different language skills - speaking, listening, reading, and writing - ensuring a balanced approach. Lessons build on one another, regularly revisiting and reinforcing what you've already learned. While I guide the process, I see myself as a coach and partner in your learning journey, working alongside you as an equal.
