My lessons are according to how you learn. Some people learn visually, some learn through listening and some learn through hard academics. I do not do only one format. I get to know you first in academic ways and then proceed to find out what your strengths and areas of where you can grow. Then create an action plan for your lessons. My experience is coming from being a mother of 6 and a neighborhood mother so in total 40 children, teens and young adults have come to me with their home work and struggles on a daily basis for 20 years. I have home schooled as well during the covid-19 pandemic. In my call center career I was also an assistant trainer for the new hires and assisted them when they were learning the job and then when they started on the floor taking calls for the call center. I have learned strategies according to my own mother whom was a tutor for university students as well as older adults whom were upgrading to come back into the workforce.
