I am a patient, friendly and experienced tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in English step by step. I mainly work with primary and secondary school students, including learners from local and international school backgrounds.

I have several years of experience providing one-to-one tuition and designing personalised lessons according to each student’s age, level and learning goals. My lessons can cover phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, speaking and writing. I have also worked with students following Cambridge English programmes and international school curricula.

My teaching style is structured but flexible. I usually begin by understanding the student’s current level and identifying the areas where they need the most support. I then prepare lessons that combine clear explanations, guided practice and interactive activities. For younger learners, I often use stories, reading materials and real-life topics to make grammar and vocabulary easier to understand and remember. For more advanced students, I focus more on reading comprehension, writing structure, speaking confidence and accurate language use.

I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I therefore try to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment while still giving students clear goals and regular feedback.

Each lesson is adapted to the individual student rather than following exactly the same structure for everyone. I am also happy to communicate with parents about progress and adjust lesson content when necessary.
