Hi, I’m Becky – a friendly, supportive tutor with over 20 years’ experience helping learners build confidence and achieve their goals.

I work with apprentices and adult learners in English, maths and vocational subjects, but a big part of what I do goes beyond the subject itself. Many of the people I support have struggled with confidence, felt stuck, or had difficult experiences in education. That’s where I come in.

My approach is simple – I keep things calm, clear and manageable. I break tasks down into small steps, set realistic goals, and work at your pace so you never feel overwhelmed. I build strong, supportive relationships with my learners, so you always feel comfortable asking questions and moving forward.

I have experience supporting a wide range of learners, including those with ADHD, autism and SEMH needs, as well as people balancing work, family and study. I understand that life can get busy, so I keep lessons flexible and focused.

I offer the flexibility of online or in-person sessions (based near LS21, West Yorkshire). A relaxed first session is available so we can get to know each other and plan what works best for you. :)
