Ravel Perepeczo-Yarde

Hi I’m Ravel, I’m 26 and I currently work in a semh school and have 3 years experience and counting. I have a keen interest in getting the best out of people and making them comfortable to express themselves as we work and try to strengthen on key areas, I understand that it’s tuition and learning but there’s definitely always ways to make it more fun!
I initially would like to highlight areas that need work and would assist in finding methods to teach and strengthen these areas, I understand many people have different learning and teaching styles and I would ideally try to adapt to the situation and try to find the best method. I’ve worked in schools for the last 3 years and do a lot of therapist work within my school currently and can ensure I will be as patient and understanding as possible and would put my all in for anyone coming to me for help.
I don’t have any super advanced software that may make the journey easier but would be happy to adapt to online or in person teaching to find the best way to teach.
I’ve worked as a 1-1 in a school for a year and provided plans related to strengths and weaknesses and how to get the most of the young person to flourish.
Whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical I am more than happy to accommodate due to myself having experience teaching within Sen and Semh school environments ranging from ages of year 6-year 13.
